Qualifications

• Current driver’s licence is required.
• Experience in internal sales or customer service.
• Industrial or safety sector experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, HubSpot preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and provide service over the phone.
• Support sales reps with customer and sales inquiries.
• Process orders accurately and maintain customer data.
• Perform data entry and keep CRM information up to date.
• Use CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
• Assist customers at the trade desk when required.
