Job summary

Calvary Health Care Kogarah seeks two fixed-term registrars for Aug 2027 to Jan 2028 to support the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. You will assess and manage patients under supervision, and participate in on-call rosters including weekend rounds.

AHPRA registration and 2+ years of RMO experience are required, with strong teamwork and organizational skills. The role offers salary packaging, benefits, and professional development within a supportive team focused on rehabilitation and aged care.

Qualifications

• Unconditional AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner.
• Minimum two years supervised practice as an RMO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with computer skills.
• Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit under supervision.
• Participate in after-hours/on-call Calvary Hospital medical officer roster, incl. weekend rounds.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists and multidisciplinary teams.
