SA Health's Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking Registered Nurses for a Rehabilitation Inpatient Unit at Modbury Hospital on short-term contracts through to 16 July 2027. Roles involve delivering evidence-based nursing care in a busy inpatient setting and contributing to multidisciplinary recovery pathways to maximise independence.

Ideal candidates will be AHPRA-registered with experience in acute or rehabilitation settings, strong communication skills, and familiarity with SA

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Experience in acute, rehabilitation or related inpatient nursing.
• Understanding of person-centred care and goal-directed rehabilitation principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with SA Health clinical documentation systems or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
• Support patients through recovery pathways focused on restoring function and independence.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and handover per NALHN and SA Health policy.
• Uphold infection control and patient safety standards in daily ward operations.
