This is a full-time contract commencing in Term 1 January 2027, with salary commensurate with experience based on the Independent Schools NSW Teachers Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years experience teaching music at the secondary level.
• Passion for fostering lifelong love of music.
• Understanding of syllabus documents, assessment strategies and evidence-based practice.
• Ability to drive student improvement through high expectations and innovation.

Aufgaben

• Planning and delivery of engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
• Monitoring student progress through data analysis and assessment outcomes, using this information to inform teaching practices and interventions.
• Encouraging an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity and nurtures creativity and appreciation of music among students.
• Liaising with parents, carers and guardians to promote understanding of the importance of Music education.
