Job summary

Australia Post is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps - Ingress) to strengthen its Public/Edge Ingress platforms across AWS/Azure/GCP. You’ll engineer, run and improve cloud infrastructure, implement IaC with Terraform, and collaborate with Security, Architecture and Delivery teams.

You’ll troubleshoot complex platform issues, contribute to incident response, and help shape resilient, scalable services for customer-facing apps while working in a flexible, hybrid environment with peers

Qualifications

Hands-on SRE/DevOps experience with ingress platforms in high-traffic environments.
Strong hybrid‑cloud background and knowledge of CDN, WAF, DNS, API gateways.
Experience with Terraform, IaC, CI/CD and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

Engineer, operate and improve Public/Edge Ingress platforms across AWS/Azure/GCP.
Build and maintain IaC with Terraform and drive automation via CI/CD.
Collaborate with Security, Architecture and Delivery teams on guardrails.
Troubleshoot incidents and contribute to problem management.
