Job summary

The Department of Education WA is seeking a qualified professional to join the Infrastructure Governance and Reporting division. This role will coordinate regular program and project reports, analyse performance data and trends, and develop briefing materials for executives and Ministers.

Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to work across internal and external teams are essential. You will contribute to the Asset Investment Program governance and financial reporting, ensuring timely,

Qualifications

Experience coordinating program and project reporting.
Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
Ability to engage stakeholders and manage relationships with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and prepare regular program and project reports for stakeholders.
Analyse performance data and trends to inform decision‑making.
Develop executive and Ministerial briefing materials.
Maintain information and reporting tools related to infrastructure programs.
Engage with internal teams, senior executives and external agencies to ensure timely reporting.
