Job summary

VIDA is seeking a capable Project Officer to support planning and delivery of complex construction projects for Victoria's emergency services agencies. You will coordinate procurement, engage contractors and ensure reporting aligns with scope, time, cost and quality targets.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will prepare plans, monitor progress and liaise with internal and external stakeholders across multiple projects in VIDA Community Safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement in construction or public sector.
• Knowledge of procurement and contract management.
• Proficiency in project documentation, reporting and risk tracking.
