Job summary

Transport for NSW is hiring a Project Finance Analyst to support the future of NSW's infrastructure programs. You will contribute to project finance, commercial, procurement and transaction activities, delivering value-for-money outcomes and insightful analysis.

You will join the Project Finance (PF) team within the Infrastructure Projects and Engineering (IPE) Division, providing expert financial and commercial advice across the portfolio and broader TfNSW.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience undertaking financial and/or commercial analysis and modelling to support investment or procurement decisions.
• Ability to interpret complex information and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Sound knowledge of commercial, procurement and project finance principles and ability to prepare high-quality reports and commercial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of commercial, procurement and project finance initiatives across major infrastructure projects.
• Undertake financial and commercial analysis, modelling, research and transaction support activities.
• Prepare high-quality analysis, reports, business cases and procurement documentation for project teams and government decision-makers.
