You will establish the delivery function, governance and partnerships, building a high‑performing team across design, construction and commissioning, ensuring safety and quality at scale.

You will drive a scalable delivery model, manage contractor relationships and optimise across a dispersed portfolio, balancing commercial outcomes with safety

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading contractor-delivered infrastructure, deployment or rollout programs.
• Proven capability to lead large, multi-site delivery with safe, compliant execution.
• Strong safety culture and WHS risk management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead design and construct function for the Community Power Networks program.
• Develop a scalable delivery model to support hundreds of sites.
• Manage contractor and delivery partner relationships across design and construction.
• Lead safe delivery across public streetscapes and operational environments.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from validation to commissioning with standardisation and continuous improvement.
