Madison Hunt, a global investor, is seeking an Investment Manager to join its Sydney team and lead the investment lifecycle from origination through execution and asset management. The role focuses on creating value across infrastructure and industrial assets while collaborating with portfolio companies, co-investors, and internal stakeholders.

You will drive financial modelling, due diligence, and deal structuring, supported by strong market mapping and a clear path for career progression

Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
• Hands-on deal execution experience
• Experience across due diligence and transaction execution
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Degree in finance, commerce, engineering or related discipline; CFA preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead and support transaction execution, including financial modelling, due diligence, and deal structuring
• Contribute to origination efforts and market mapping across target infrastructure sectors
• Manage relationships with portfolio company management teams and boards
• Support asset management initiatives to drive operational and financial performance
• Prepare investment committee papers and present recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture
