JS Careers Pty is partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm to appoint an Associate in its Sydney-based Infrastructure investment team. The role focuses on investment origination, deal execution, and financial modelling across healthcare, energy, digital, and technology infrastructure in Australia and New Zealand.

Candidates should have 1.5–6 years of experience in investment banking, MBB consulting or direct investment funds, and hold a tertiary degree in Commerce,

Qualifications

• 1.5–6 years of investment banking, MBB consulting or direct investment fund experience.
• Tertiary degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Studies, Engineering and/or Law.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Investment origination and deal sourcing across healthcare, energy, digital and technology infrastructure sectors.
• Transaction execution, including management of advisors and due diligence.
• Financial analysis, valuation and modelling for new and existing investments.
