Job summary

Madison Hunt in Sydney is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join a global investment manager at a pivotal stage, spanning origination to asset management. You will lead transaction execution, including financial modelling, due diligence and deal structuring, while developing origination efforts and coordinating with portfolio companies and boards.

You'll mentor junior team members and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive value across the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Hands-on deal execution experience.
• Experience across due diligence and transaction execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Degree qualified in finance, commerce, engineering, or a related discipline; CFA or equivalent highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support transaction execution, including financial modelling, due diligence, and deal structuring.
• Contribute to origination efforts and market mapping across target infrastructure sectors.
• Manage relationships with portfolio company management teams and boards.
• Support asset management initiatives to drive operational and financial performance.
• Prepare investment committee papers and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
