Job summary

Talent is seeking a hands-on infrastructure specialist to maintain and optimise enterprise server and storage environments. You will work across Windows Server, Linux, virtualisation, and SAN/NAS, developing automation scripts to improve efficiency and reliability.

You will support backup, disaster recovery and infrastructure security, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues and implement improvements. A strong communicator who works well independently will excel in this role, with preference

Qualifications

Proven experience in enterprise infrastructure, server/storage engineering or consulting.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, virtualisation and SAN/NAS technologies.
Experience in scripting (PowerShell), automation and infrastructure-as-code.
Understanding of Linux automation and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) will be highly regarded.
Knowledge of backup, recovery, networking and infrastructure security.
Strong troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
