Job summary

Natixis CIB in Sydney is seeking an Associate to support origination and execution of infrastructure and energy financing transactions. You will gain end-to-end exposure to the deal lifecycle and collaborate across global teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Front-office experience in CIB, structured finance or advisory would be preferred.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Business, Engineering or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, execution and syndication of new infrastructure and energy transactions, including debt financing and capital structuring.
• Contribute to pitches and marketing materials with market analysis and sector trends.
• Assist in evaluating potential transactions with financial and credit analysis and due diligence.
• Take a key role in internal credit approvals with preparation of papers for senior management.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on sector trends, companies and regulatory environments.
• Build relationships across IB teams and Natixis' client base.
• Coordinate with risk, financing operations, treasury, legal and syndications teams to close loans.
