Job summary

Natixis CIB seeks an Associate to support origination, execution and syndication of infrastructure and energy transactions in Australia. You will analyze financials, assist in structuring debt solutions, and work with risk, treasury and legal teams to close deals across regional desks.

You will gain end-to-end exposure to the deal lifecycle, collaborate with senior bankers, and learn Natixis' broader platform including DCM and advisory, while operating from the Sydney office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of relevant industry experience in front-office roles (CIB/structured/ leveraged finance) preferred.
• Applicants must hold current, unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Support origination, execution and syndication of infrastructure and energy financings.
• Contribute to pitches and marketing materials with market analysis and sector trends.
• Perform financial and credit analysis and review due diligence reports.
• Draft internal credit papers for senior management approvals.
• Coordinate with risk, treasury, legal and operations to close loans.
• Build relationships across IB teams and client base across regions.
