Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Director to join our Infrastructure cost management team in Perth. You will lead the team, embed our values and drive delivery to time and budget while maintaining strong client relationships.

In this role you will act as the primary interface with the client, oversee workloads and resourcing, and ensure outputs meet agreed standards. A background in Australian construction and business development are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience working in the Australian construction market.
• Aviation experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong business development skills to grow existing commissions with the client.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary interface between Turner & Townsend commission and the clients.
• Provide leadership to the team and mentoring to the cost management team.
• Manage the workloads and resourcing of the commission, with endorsement from the client.
• Manage the delivery of cost management team outputs in accordance with agreed time-scales and quality standards.
