Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Director to join our Infrastructure cost management team in Perth. You will provide leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend while overseeing the cost management function on key infrastructure projects.

The role requires extensive experience in the Australian construction market and strong business development skills to grow current and future commissions with clients.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience of working in the Australian construction market.
• Aviation experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong business development skills to grow existing commission and future commissions with the client.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary interface between Turner & Townsend commission and the clients.
• Provide leadership to the team and provide leadership and mentoring to the cost management team.
• Manage the workloads and resourcing of the commission, with endorsement from the client.
• Manage the delivery of cost management team outputs in accordance with agreed time-scales and quality standards.
