Job summary

Transgrid is seeking a Process Compliance & Assurance Consultant to support delivery of a major infrastructure project by coordinating compliance, assurance and governance activities across the project lifecycle.

Working closely with project teams, contractors and stakeholders, you will help ensure management systems, project processes, contractual requirements and governance frameworks are effectively implemented, monitored and continually improved.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, assurance, quality management or governance on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain audit and assurance documentation.
• Understanding of project governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project audit and surveillance schedule, undertake audits and compliance reviews, and track findings through to closure.
• Monitor compliance with project management plans, governance frameworks and contractual requirements.
• Undertake audits, reviews and compliance assessments across project and contractor activities.
• Support the development and maintenance of management plans, procedures and assurance documentation.
• Contribute to governance reporting and continuous improvement activities.
