Job summary

VIDA is seeking a Commercial Manager in Melbourne to provide high‑quality commercial advice across construction projects and procurement activities. The role focuses on tender evaluation, contract strategy, risk allocation, and value‑for‑money outcomes, reporting to senior management and coordinating with project, legal and procurement teams.

You will identify commercial risks, prepare reports, and contribute to tools and guidance for project delivery, ensuring probity and governance standards

Qualifications

• Experience providing commercial oversight across procurement lifecycle for infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of government procurement policies and contract frameworks.
• Ability to work across project, legal and procurement teams with probity and governance focus.
