Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Class C Driver Licence is essential.
• Qualifications or experience in asset management, facilities management, property or infrastructure-related disciplines are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the unit’s day-to-day activities, including asset management and operational functions across a diverse property portfolio.
• Lead a small team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture through effective people management, coaching and development.
• Oversee the Directorate’s asset portfolio, including strategic asset management, capital and minor works programs, budget management, and repairs and maintenance activities.
• Build strong relationships and negotiate with senior stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Provide high-level advice and ensure the delivery of complex and sensitive correspondence, submissions and reports.
