Job summary

Zensys is seeking an experienced IT services professional to architect end-to-end data center and cloud infrastructure solutions. The role emphasizes presales or similar client-facing responsibilities with design ownership across servers, storage, backup, HCI, and virtualization.

You will engage with multiple customer engagements involving 100+ FTEs and drive workshops to deliver transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10–20 years of experience in IT services, preferably in practice presales or similar roles
• Design end-to-end infrastructure from DC and Cloud perspectives across Servers, Storage, Backup, HCI, Virtualization
• Experience handling 100+ FTEs across multiple customer engagements
• Ability to manage delivery queries and challenges for DC Platforms Infrastructure opportunities
• Strong relationship management with partners, principals/OEMs, to deliver continuous service and value
• Customer-facing role with ability to drive end-to-end transformation solutions, workshops and presentations
• Coordinate with BDMs, internal service lines, Practices, Account Managers to prepare timely responses
• Front-end solution design for DC Transformation & Migration covering SAN/NAS storage, Servers, Virtualization, HA/DR, ILM, De-Duplication, Data Tiering, Backup, Archival, Private/Public Cloud, converged/hyper-converged platforms

Responsibilities

• Design and present end-to-end DC/Cloud infrastructure proposals across storage, compute and virtualization domains
• Coordinate with internal teams to formulate accurate, timely responses for opportunities
• Drive delivery queries and challenges for DC Platforms Infrastructure across multiple customer engagements

Job description

• About 10-20 years of experience in working in the IT services industry, preferably in practice presales or similar roles
• Design end to end infrastructure from DC and Cloud perspective pertaining to technologies like Servers, Storage, Backup, HCI, Virtualization etc.
• Should have experience of handling span of 100+ FTEs in multiple customer engagements.
• Ability to handle delivery queries / challenges for all technical support opportunities in DC –Platforms Infrastructure domain
• Relationship management with partners, principles/OEM, and hence delivering continuous service and value to customers.
• This role primarily involves customer facing and customer interactions and ability to drive e2e transformation solution, workshop, & presentations
• Coordinate with organization’s BDM’s, internal service lines, Practices, Account Managers to formulate accurate and timely response.
• Front-end solution design in the areas of DC Transformation & Migration involving Storage systems – SAN & NAS, Servers Infrastructure, Virtualization, Consolidation, HA, DR, ILM, De-Duplication, Data Tiering, Backup, Archival, Private Cloud, Public Cloud and converged / hyper converged platforms.
