Job summary

The Victorian Government - Department of Families, Fairness and Housing is seeking a Program Advisor to join the Information Sharing Team (IST). The role supports the lawful exchange of sensitive information under FVISS and CISS, providing policy and practical advice and triaging information requests within an established duty model.

Reporting to the Team Leader IST, you will engage with internal and external stakeholders, prepare formal responses, and contribute to pre-planning and evaluation

Responsibilities

• Provide wide-ranging support within the Information Sharing Team (IST) including preparing responses to information requests under the FVISS and CISS schemes.
• Apply legislative requirements in developing responses and provide advice on information sharing matters.
• Triage incoming requests for information within an established duty model and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
