Job summary

Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) is a leading high-voltage infrastructure provider connecting renewable energy projects to Australia’s electricity grid. As part of Quanta Services, CPP designs, constructs, commissions and maintains substations and transmission assets.

Reporting to the Information Management Lead, you’ll help review, organise and improve our documentation, support SharePoint, and explore AI-driven efficiencies while fostering continuous improvement in information management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating document control or Business Management Systems.
• Significant experience with SharePoint (Essential).
• Experience reviewing, organising and maintaining controlled documentation.
• Excellent organisational skills with keen eye for detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities with stakeholders.
• Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve information management processes.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a major uplift of CPP's Business Management System (BMS).
• Review, organise and improve documentation, ensuring policies and controlled documents are current and accessible.
• Support ongoing administration of the SharePoint environment and information management practices.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI and modern technologies to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate across the business with multiple stakeholders.
