The Sutherland Hospital in the Sutherland Shire is seeking applications for the Infectious Diseases Trainee position for the 2027 clinical year. MBBS or equivalent and registration with the Medical Board of Australia are required, with at least four years of postgraduate experience and a clear vocational interest in infectious diseases.

The role involves working within a 375-bed major metropolitan teaching hospital, joining a multidisciplinary team, and being available for after-hours overtime

Formación

• MBBS or equivalent with registration or eligibility with the Medical Board of Australia.
• Completion of at least 4 years of full-time equivalent postgraduate training.
• Demonstrated vocational interest in clinical infectious diseases and flexibility for after-hours overtime and on-call rosters.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time-management skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
