Responsabilidades

• Infectious Diseases Trainees provide a high standard of clinical care to inpatients, outpatients and consultation patients under supervision of specialist Infectious Diseases physicians.
• Support trainees in fulfilling the requirements of RACP Advanced Training in Infectious Diseases for those pursuing specialist training in Infectious Diseases.
• Trainees will fulfil the service requirements of the Blacktown Infectious Diseases Department, including attendance and participation in multidisciplinary and clinical meetings.
• Involves supervised general medical management of patients admitted to specialist departments.
• Active participation in antibiotic stewardship, infection prevention and control, and ambulatory care programs.
