Job summary

Australian Trade Training College in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Industry Engagement Manager to drive growth across apprenticeships, traineeships and industry funded training programs throughout Queensland. You will be the face of ATTC in industry, building partnerships and converting relationships into measurable growth outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with employers and industry stakeholders across Queensland.
• Represent ATTC at industry events, forums and networking opportunities.
• Grow apprenticeship and traineeship enrolments.
• Develop referral partnerships with GTOs, industry associations and workforce development organisations.
• Provide market intelligence and industry insights to support ATTC's growth strategy.
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Business Growth teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Achieve set sales targets and KPIs.

We are seeking an experienced Industry Engagement Manager to drive growth across apprenticeships, traineeships and Industry funded training programs throughout Queensland.

About the Role:

Reporting to the RTO Business and Growth Manager, you'll be the face of ATTC in industry, identifying opportunities, building partnerships and converting relationships into measurable growth outcomes across apprenticeships, traineeships and industry training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with employers and industry stakeholders across Queensland
• Represent ATTC at industry events, forums and networking opportunities
• Grow apprenticeship and traineeship enrolments
• Develop referral partnerships with GTOs, industry associations and workforce development organisations
• Provide market intelligence and industry insights to support ATTC's growth strategy
• Work closely with Operations, Marketing and Business Growth teams to deliver sustainable outcomes
• Achieve set sales targets and KPIs

About You:

You are a natural relationship builder with experience in:

• Industry engagement, business development, partnerships or account management
• Construction, workforce development, apprenticeships, training or related industries
• Building stakeholder relationships that deliover commercial outcomes
• Engaging confidently with employers, industry associations and government stakeholders

Existing networks within construction, training, apprenticeship of skills sectors will be highly regarded.
