Qualifications

• Proven outbound sales experience in real estate, cold-calling or agency recruitment.
• Commercial acumen and ability to thrive in fast-paced blue‑collar staffing.
• Confident, outgoing communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end temp recruitment, from sales calls to candidate screening and placement.
• Drive new business in the exclusive territory via cold calling and canvassing.
• Build relationships with managers and site leaders with regular site visits.
• Source blue-collar candidates using local networks and screening for fit.
