Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Spray Painter within an industrial, manufacturing, heavy vehicle, mining, or similar environment.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Positive communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
• A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement.
• A willingness to learn and contribute across the wider workshop team.

Responsibilities

• Spray paint engines, components, and miscellaneous equipment
• Prepare surfaces and ensure high-quality paint finishes
• Maintain paint bay equipment and filtration systems
• Manage paint storage and associated materials
• Assist with equipment and parts movement throughout the facility
• Support parts cleaning activities
• Carry out general workshop, building, and grounds maintenance
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and organised work environment
