Qualifications
- Proven experience as a technician with Industrial/Commercial roller shutters, automatic doors and/or gate systems.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge relevant to opening systems.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical faults.
- Competency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Valid Australian driver's licence.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
- EWP, forklift licence advantageous.
- WWC check and Police check advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Install, service and repair industrial/commercial roller shutter systems (manual and motorised).
- Install, maintain and repair automatic door systems and operators for commercial and residential applications.
- Install, service and repair gate systems (sliding, swing and barrier).
- Diagnose faults and determine repair solutions.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Respond to emergency service calls promptly.
