Job summary

Aston Advantage is seeking a Fixed Plant Mechanic to support our Kalgoorlie workshop across generators, pumps and related equipment. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance and work with a team to keep assets running with reliability.

Ideal candidates hold an LV trade certificate or mechanical fitter background with strong diesel engine and hydraulic experience, plus knowledge of fluid transfer systems and trailer brakes/suspension.

Qualifications

• LV trade certificate or mechanical fitter experience is required.
• Excellent diesel engine and hydraulic experience is required.
• Fluid transfer systems understanding is preferred.
• Experience with brakes and suspension on trailers is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support in the Kalgoorlie workshop across generators, pumps, and related equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, efficient operation and uptime.
