Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Property or related field.
• Strong interest in commercial property, particularly industrial markets.
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to create graphics and visual aids from data.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude).
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Forward-thinking approach with ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Analyst Level: Manage internal databases and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyst Level: Collect, track and analyse sale and lease activity across Victoria's industrial markets.
• Analyst Level: Produce detailed property reports, market analysis and digital presentations.
• Analyst Level: Support campaign preparation including pitch documents, information memorandums and marketing materials.
• Analyst Level: Leverage AI-powered tools to automate data processes and enhance stakeholder engagement.
• Analyst Level: Create compelling advertising content and coordinate property marketing initiatives.
• Senior Analyst Level: Lead database development and create sophisticated data visualisation tools.
• Senior Analyst Level: Conduct financial modelling including cashflows and development feasibilities.
• Senior Analyst Level: Champion AI adoption to transform data into actionable intelligence and identify market opportunities.
• Senior Analyst Level: Produce comprehensive market reports and trend analysis at sub-market and state level.
