Insulect, an Australian provider of high‑voltage electrical equipment and engineering solutions, seeks an Internal Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by managing internal sales processes and building strong customer relationships across key accounts in Australia and New Zealand.

You will support tender preparation, quotes, orders, pricing, contracts, and CRM records, while developing product knowledge through training and industry events.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Account Management, Internal Sales, or Customer Support in an industrial B2B environment.
• Experience with technical industrial products such as electrical/OEM machinery is highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, time management and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end internal sales processes including quotations, orders, pricing, contracts, and customer communications via ERP.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across multiple stakeholders within key accounts.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities while supporting growth of existing accounts.
• Provide dedicated support to contract customers and collaborate with the external sales team.
• Assist with preparation of tenders, proposals, and customer submissions.
• Deliver technical product support and practical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pipeline in the CRM.
