D&L LLC is hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Apple Grove, WV to support our industrial operations. This hands-on role involves diagnosing, repairing, maintaining HVAC equipment and related systems for commercial/industrial facilities.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, PMs, service of RTUs and large-scale systems, and clear communication with customers and team members. Requires EPA license, valid driver's license, and ability to work in the United States.

Formación

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• Proficient troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Experience reading wiring diagrams for diagnostics.
• EPA Universal License and valid driver\'s license.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial & industrial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and system inspections.
• Service RTUs, mini splits, and large-scale mechanical systems.

D&L LLC is hiring an Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support our Apple Grove, WV operation. This is a hands‑on commercial/industrial position working on the equipment that keeps an industrial facility operating.

You'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and service HVAC equipment and related mechanical systems. We're looking for someone who can walk up to a piece of equipment, figure out what's wrong, and get to work fixing it.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial & industrial HVAC systems
• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) and system inspections
• Service equipment such as RTUs, split systems, and large-scale mechanical systems
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members on findings and solutions
• Accurately document service work, parts used, and recommendations
• Follow all safety standards and company procedures

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC equipment.
• Experience reading wiring diagrams for HVAC service diagnostics.
• Experience using meters for HVAC service diagnostics.
• Hands‑on experience servicing RTUs, mini splits, and package units.
• Experience following HVAC service safety standards.
• Ability to work responsively with plant maintenance teams on service calls is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience servicing chillers, air handlers, and air systems is a plus.
• Experience with general building automation controls, including systems such as Trane, Carrier, and York, is a plus.
• EPA Universal License
• Valid Driver's License
• Eligible to work in the United States.

• $25–$40/hour, based on experience
