Job summary

The Add Staff Group is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician in Brisbane to service commercial air conditioning systems, perform preventative maintenance and respond to breakdowns as part of the service division.

You will bring certificate and licences and a proven track record of high-quality workmanship and customer service. This permanent, full-time role offers a 9-day fortnight and a company ute or vehicle allowance.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air conditioning
• QBCC Licence
• Restricted Electrical Licence
• Current driver’s license
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• High energy and results driven
• Outstanding organisation, time management and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Preventative maintenance across a range of commercial contracts
• Breakdown service, fault diagnoses, repairs, testing and commissioning of commercial air conditioning systems
• Ensure high-quality workmanship while maintaining company standards, relevant safety and compliance documentation
• Provide technical support to a broad range of commercial clients
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels

Primary Objectives

This position will see you service a wide range of commercial air conditioning customers. Day to day duties will include:

• Preventative maintenance across a range of commercial contracts
• Breakdown service, fault diagnoses, repairs, testing and commissioning of commercial air conditioning systems
• Ensure high-quality workmanship while maintaining company standards, relevant safety and compliance documentation
• Provide technical support to a broad range of commercial clients.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels

The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge and experience in HVAC commercial service delivery and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of exceptional customer service.
