Qualifications

• Qualified in mechanical fitting or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience as Fitter/Maintenance Fitter or similar mechanical trade.
• Experience servicing, maintaining and repairing industrial machinery.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and manufacturer specifications.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites for installation and service.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, fit and install mechanical components in industrial machinery.
• Install and commission machinery at customer sites.
• Carry out scheduled servicing and mechanical repairs on CNC machinery and related equipment.
• Inspect machinery, diagnose faults and perform repairs.
• Maintain service records and adhere to safety procedures.
