Job summary

John Holland is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our Operations & Maintenance team based in Daceyville, covering the Sydney Metro region. You will deliver planned and reactive maintenance across water and wastewater assets in a safety-first environment.

As part of the team, you will perform preventative maintenance, fault finding and equipment commissioning while maintaining accurate records. A permanent full-time position with a day shift roster awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Current electrical licence and Australian recognised electrical trade qualification.
• Experience in industrial maintenance and water/wastewater environments is desirable.
• Strong commitment to safety and ability to perform physically demanding work.

Responsibilities

• Safely undertaking all work in accordance with D4C and Sydney Water safety, environmental and compliance requirements.
• Performing preventative and planned maintenance activities on plant and equipment.
• Responding to equipment faults and breakdowns.
• Conducting inspections and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Carrying out fault finding, diagnostics and rectification works.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance and service records.
• Installing, testing and commissioning new equipment.
• Supporting general day-to-day maintenance activities across the network.
