Job summary

Hyne Timber is seeking two 3rd or 4th Year Electrical Apprentices to join our Tumbarumba Mill maintenance team. You will gain practical experience across a wide range of equipment while completing your apprenticeship alongside experienced electricians in a large-scale manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Gain practical experience across a variety of plant and equipment while continuing your apprenticeship training.
• Assist with preventative maintenance activities.
• Perform electrical inspections and testing.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Work with motors, drives and control systems.
• Engage with industrial automation and PLC systems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
