Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking a skilled chemistry technician to join our innovative team in Adelaide. You will perform laboratory tests, analyze data and carry out technical functions specializing in detergents in support of other chemistry technicians.

The role includes preparing materials, collecting samples, conducting field and laboratory tests, and writing reports with charts and diagrams. You will install and maintain equipment and contribute to quality control and process development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Chemistry or related field.
• Three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
• Experience in chemical analysis, process development, or quality control in an industrial setting.

Responsabilités

• Prepare materials and mix chemicals for experimentation.
• Collect samples and analyze information.
• Conduct field and laboratory tests.
• Write reports from results in graphic and written form, preparing charts, maps and diagrams as necessary.
• Perform calculations and computations of measurements.
• Maintain laboratory quality and quantity control and monitor supplies.
• Install and maintain equipment.
