Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in chemical analysis, process development, or quality control in an industrial setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety standards, chemical handling, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse experimental data to develop theories, methods, and processes and evaluate outcomes.
• Apply research findings to develop practical solutions and improve chemical processes.
• Design and implement quality control procedures to ensure product safety and consistency.
• Examine samples to assess production suitability and provide optimisation recommendations.
• Collaborate across production, engineering and regulatory teams to scale up processes safely.
• Stay updated on trends and safety regulations to improve production processes.
