The Shepherd Centre (TSC) is a highly regarded not-for-profit, providing specialised programs for children with hearing loss and their families. Our programs meet the needs of children of all ages; from our world-leading early intervention program for babies and toddlers, through to our mentoring program 'Hear for You' for school-aged children and teenagers. TSC currently supports over 900 families all over Australia, providing in-person and online support from 10 locations across NSW, ACT, Queensland and Tasmania. Our global platform HearHub, supports health professionals working with children with hearing loss all over the world.
We're looking for an experienced Individual Giving Manager to join us on a 10-month contract, based at our Newtown office. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, this role plays a pivotal part in driving income through key programs, including Direct Marketing, Regular Giving, and Supporter Experience.
This dynamic role involves developing and executing multi-channel campaigns across platforms such as direct mail, telemarketing, email, SMS, social media, and online. With a strong focus on growth, the position requires implementing effective retention and acquisition strategies while managing high-level vendor relationships and leading a direct report (Individual Giving Coordinator).
This is a temporary part-time (3 or 4 days per week), 10-month contract opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual ready to make a meaningful impact. Hours can be worked flexibly across 5 days to suit the right candidate.
