Qualifications

• Hold relevant tertiary qualifications with relevant experience or equivalent education.
• Hold a NSW Working With Children Check.
• Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
• Experience in frontline, client-focused service or support.
• Understanding of student experience and ability to connect with students.
• Demonstrate good organisational skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality frontline, user education and student support services.
• Provide empathetic and culturally responsive advice focusing on Indigenous student experiences.
• Guide Peer Learning Advisors to ensure consistent, high-quality support and training.
• Plan and deliver cultural programs, events and activities promoting belonging.
• Assist students with access to information resources and technology, incl. troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and a positive student experience.
