CareerTrackers is seeking a Student Engagement Advisor to be the primary point of contact for Indigenous university students, delivering a culturally safe experience throughout their journey. You will coach students through internships and studies, drive recruitment, and partner with universities and communities to secure internships aligned with career goals.

You will work with a national team, manage data and program milestones, and contribute to outcomes that empower students to graduate,

Responsibilities

• Coach Indigenous students through internships and studies
• Own the student lifecycle from recruitment through to internship completion
• Deliver training and events focused on pre-employment, professional and leadership skills
• Grow the CareerTrackers community by engaging new students and securing internships
• Build strong relationships with university and community partners
• Be part of a team passionate about empowering Indigenous leaders
