Job summary

CSA Recruitment seeks two experienced Project Managers and two experienced Site Managers to join our team in Perth, WA, delivering high-quality HVAC solutions across commercial and industrial projects. Based in Perth, you will lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of electrical, mechanical, and fuel infrastructure projects across Northern WA sites.

Key responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, safety, quality, time and cost targets, budgeting and contract administration, and building

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing HVAC or mechanical services projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Australian standards, WHS requirements and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, ensuring safety, quality, time and cost targets are met.
• Drive commercial performance through budgeting, forecasting, contract administration and variation management.
• Provide leadership and support to Project Managers, Site Managers and project teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders.
