Job summary

St Therese’s Primary School, New Lambton invites applications for a temporary Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education Worker to support students, teachers and communities in culture, spirituality and wellbeing.

12-month role from January 2027; requires Aboriginality as a genuine occupational qualification and a valid WWCC. Salary details aligned with NSW Catholic Systemic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2025.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational settings supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
• Engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and communities.
• Established links with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
