Cape York Family Centre is seeking an AOD Services Team Leader to support therapeutic practice for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families affected by alcohol and other drugs. You will lead and mentor Case Workers to maintain high-quality care within a multidisciplinary team.

Ideally you hold a Diploma in Leadership/Management and have experience with open QLD driver license, First Aid/CPR, and Working with Children Check.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring and coaching a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience delivering holistic, outcome-focused interventions for families or individuals living with substance use.
• Knowledge of culturally appropriate practice when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to achieve service outcomes.
• Oversee and support therapeutic practice for families affected by substance use and mental health issues.
