Job summary

BlueCare, part of the UnitingCare family, seeks an AOD Services Team Leader for Pinangba, Cape York Family Centre. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, mentor Case Workers, and ensure therapeutic practice aligns with best practice guidelines for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families affected by alcohol and other drugs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience delivering holistic, outcome-focused interventions for families or individuals with complex issues.
• Knowledge of culturally appropriate practices when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring to Case Workers to maintain high standards of therapeutic practice.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to achieve service outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based program delivery.
