Job summary

Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH) is seeking an Administration Officer for Aged Care in the Moreton South region. This role supports aged care service teams with efficient administration and communications.

The incumbent must be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person. The position involves front-line customer service, rostering support, and general office tasks in a community health setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in office/administration/reception roles.
• Ability to provide frontline customer service to Aged Care clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service to Aged Care clients and stakeholders in the Moreton South region.
• Provide day to day support to Team Leaders, Community Support Workers and clients by answering enquiries, perform basic roster changes and welcoming visitors to the site.
• Coordinate provision of general administration support including photocopying, compilation of materials/folders, preparation for conferences and meetings and shredding of documents.
• Coordinate general word processing duties including typing letters, agendas, minutes and reports.
