Target Business Services is assisting Guru Kripa 13 Pty Ltd in recruiting a Cook for its Indian restaurant in Wagga Wagga, NSW. The role involves preparing, cooking and presenting authentic Indian dishes daily, following established recipes and safety standards.

We seek candidates with practical kitchen skills, knowledge of Indian ingredients and a strong focus on hygiene. The position is full-time and permanent, with salary of $80,000 plus 12% superannuation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year relevant full-time experience as a cook or in a related commercial cooking role.
• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, Hospitality or related qualification.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion control standards.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook and present a variety of authentic Indian dishes.
• Prepare ingredients for daily kitchen requirements.
• Prepare sauces, gravies, spice blends and marinades using traditional techniques.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across kitchen stations and storage.
