Job summary

Integrity and Multi Service Pty Ltd in Melbourne, VIC is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join as an Independent Contractor. You will deliver evidence-based OT services to NDIS participants, building and managing your own caseload with flexible days and hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in NDIS sector desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA).
• Completing occupational therapy assessments.
• Developing individualised therapy plans and recommendations.
• Supporting participants with daily living skills, community participation and functional goals.
• Completing Assistive Technology (AT) assessments and recommendations where appropriate.
• Preparing high-quality NDIS reports, progress reports and supporting documentation.
• Collaborating with participants, families, Support Coordinators and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with AHPRA and NDIS standards.
