Job summary

Ole Suke is seeking experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners who already have their own NDIS caseload and want to operate independently with their own clients and network. You stay in charge of your hours, clinical decisions, and client outcomes, while we provide the structure around you, including registration support, invoicing and administrative services.

This independent subcontractor arrangement offers monthly payments, superannuation into your chosen fund and a six‑month progress

Qualifications

• NDIS provider registration and current worker screening.
• Own ABN and ability to operate as an independent subcontractor.
• Experience in behaviour support and compliant practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and network of clients.
• Ensure ethical billing and adherence to NDIS guidelines.
• Invoicing, payment processing and financial administration.
• Attend regular team meetings, education and training.
• Provide clinical supervision and maintain participant documentation.
